CVI.CHE 105 Dadeland is not just a restaurant—it’s a full-on celebration of Peruvian cuisine, culture, and hospitality. From the moment we were seated, we were swept into a vibrant atmosphere alive with energy, color, and bold aromas that hinted at the feast to come. Our evening was made extra special thanks to Javier, our phenomenal server. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food, he guided us through the menu with great suggestions and flawless service. His warm personality made us feel right at home. The culinary journey began with a bright and zesty Ceviche Ganador, layered with citrus-marinated seafood and that signature leche de tigre, topped with crisp red onions and cancha. Each bite was as refreshing as it was satisfying. The Anticuchos—tender skewers of marinated beef heart served with golden potatoes and choclo—were perfectly grilled and rich in smoky flavor. We couldn’t get enough of the Aji de Gallina, a comforting plate of shredded chicken in a creamy, nutty pepper sauce, paired with a dome of fluffy white rice and garnished with sliced egg and olives. The Arroz Chaufa, their Peruvian-style fried rice, was a savory umami bomb packed with tender meat, scrambled eggs, and a blend of spices that made it utterly addictive. The Pulpo a la Parrilla (grilled octopus) was charred to perfection and topped with a luscious yellow pepper sauce and a fresh salad—beautifully balanced and deeply satisfying. And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, dessert arrived like artwork on a tray. We tried a trio of sweets, including Lucuma Mousse—creamy, velvety, and topped with chocolate pearls and edible flowers—and the show-stopping Suspiro Limeno, layered with silky meringue and cinnamon, a true Peruvian classic. Each dessert was elegant, well-portioned, and a perfect ending to our meal. Between the striking presentation, explosive flavors, and standout service from Javier, CVI.CHE 105 at Dadeland delivered a five-star experience from start to finish. This is a spot we’ll gladly return to again and again—and recommend to anyone craving an unforgettable taste of Peru in Miami.

@ceviche105 #ceviche105dadeland Sunday afternoon brunch. Best Peruvian food I’ve had in a long time. The Aji de gallina was perfectly seasoned and the ceviche was exquisite, not too acidic as they serve in many places. The highlight of the service however, was the exceptional service by the whole staff, outstanding! #ceviche #peruviancuisine

Jenny was a great server. Very attentive and made sure to explain different specials and to ask if any of our guests had any food sensitivities and/or allergies. She made this Fathers Day celebration go off without a hitch. Would definitely come back.

Best dining experience we’ve had in Miami. Food is so flavorful and tasty. We tried this restaurant based on reviews on our first night in town and had to return on our last night. The service was excellent - very attentive and pleasant. Both nights we had seafood and lychee martinis and without a doubt both dinners were excellent. Highly recommend and worth every dollar!
